- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪This office is missing the CARE part of Health Care. The office staff wasn't terribly friendly, and rescheduled me several times. They didn't call with my exam results, and when I called for them someone picked up (not from the answering service) and told me they were going to lunch and to call back after 2. Dr. Tran denied my request to refill a medication I have been on for years. When I called to discuss it I was told he would call me back. I called every day for a week and he never returned my call. (I don't know if the staff never passed on my messages, or if he simply disregarded them.) I ended up having to see another doctor to fill my prescription because he left me without medication. Lastly, I didn't appreciate being pressured by Dr. Tran to have a second child. I told him it wasn't going to happen. He brought it up twice in the same visit. I get that it's his livelihood, but it's still none of his business. Do yourself a favor and find another office for your health needs.February 23, 2017by Lindsay Mason
